Sumrall may just be a first year group but they know what they are doing! I mean they took 2nd in small division at OPELIKA! That's saying something!!! So def don't count them out. I say they beat WC and take 3rd.
I agree.

Wow, the only group I've seen this year is jackson prep at home wood! I'm not sure if they came in 2nd or 3rd behind pasagoula and jackson ac but ill say!
GC-Jackson prep
1st ru- wayne county
2nd ru- grenada
3rd ru-pearl river
4th ru- summral
Not sure what captions will be give away but the few that most likely go out
Best vocals- jackson prep
Best chero -jackson prep
Best overall effect- jackson prep
Show design- wayne county
Best band- grenada
Best costumes- jackson prep
And some of them awards may not go out but if so that's what ill predict! Good luck ill be at the petal comp! Hopefull will get to see tupelo and albertville! I would say good luck but luck has nothin to do with it, its about how much work and prepartion each group puts in for it! So best wishes goes out to all groups and purvis for a long fullfilled day of hosting!!

Due to a conflict with Franklinton High School they will not be attending and Jackson Prep has taken their place. A new schedule will be posted tomorrow. Also, Hattiesburg High has moved to the Class A Division.

Based on what I have seen and heard about these groups I will definitely say finals will be(in alphabetical order):

Columbia Academy
Grenada
Pearl River
Sumrall
Wayne County

I expect that placements will be as follows:

GC- Grenada
1RU- Sumrall
2RU- Wayne County
3RU- Pearl River/Columbia Academy
4RU- Pearl River/Columbia Academy

But I could be wrong seeing as how I have only seen 2 of those groups in person this year. The rest I am going off of what I have heard. But good luck to all!

Are they sending out anything to groups to register for the competition. It has been said that there would not be a high show choir.
