The 13th Annual Central Wisconsin Show Choir Spectacular will be held on January 7, 2017 at Colby High School in Colby, WI. Colby is located in North Central WI and is about 2 hours away from the Twin Cities.
There are two competing Divisions
-Open Class (AA) for Large Mixed Groups or groups that have been competing for over 5 years
-Class (A) for groups that have been competing for 5 years or less, have fewer than 28 members or have a school population with 400 or less students. The top 6 groups with the most points during the day will compete in finals along with the Grand Champion of the Class A division, so there will be a total of 7 finalists.
This festival will give you a great first live critique to the beginning of your Show Choir Season!
Awards include: Participation Plaques, Spirit Award, Best Choreography, Best Vocals, Best Stage Crew, Best Show Band, Outstanding Male and Female Soloists and the Brain Freeze award (the group that drinks the most smoothies during the day) There will be plenty of Spectacular swag for sale as well and some great food at the concession stand, we wont forget the COLBY CHEESE!
