i know u guys didnt know that u were coming until then... but Jaymie and I told Mr. Esser last year that we would ONLY host you guys and no one else. And we told DK that if u came back we called you guys! so yes we did call it last march!
I'm excited for MOSHOW its always been my favorite competition! And I'm pumped that you guys are hosting our room. You guys were the best hosts we had last year and I'm sure will be the best again this year. =)

whos comin to Mo-Show this year?
it's on March 11, 2006 at Washington High School in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. its a great competition and everyone has a lot of fun there!
some past competitors include: La Crosse Central, Totino-Grace, Onalaska, Linn-Mar, Cedar Rapids Kennedy, Davenport Central, Davenport North, Hastings, Milton, Davenport West, Anamosa, Benton Community, Sauk Prairie, Troy-Buchannan, Cedar Rapids Xavier, Lewis Central, Des Moines Lincoln, Eau Claire, Bloomington Jefferson, Bloomington Kennedy, Urbandale, Holmen, and many more!
Awards are given for every group. There are many different classes: Open, 3A, 2A, 1A, and Prep. There is also a jazz choir competition. Each group gets a critique by a judge and a group picture. There are three performance spaces: a gymnasium and an auditorium for show choirs, and the band room for jazz choirs. We also have our awesome Stupid Student Trick competition. Basically students come up with hilarious stupid talents and perform them. there are prizes given to 5 finalists and the audience chooses the winner through the official Mo-Show Applause-o-Meter. It's really an awesome time!
the Washington students also have a contest on the decoration of rooms. we really take time to make sure you guys enjoy the competition and the room. last year we had awesome themes for rooms like: Onalaska's bridge over troubled water theme... Ottumwa's toyland theme... Davenport Central's mardi gras theme.... and of course La Crosse Central's kick butt Pirate themed room! personally my favorite part of moshow is being a host and i know we at wash all love hosting you guys!
