Last night the Noteables learned that a group had dropped from the competition and now the Noteables is on the list for the mixed division, performing first out of all the mixed groups.

The Show Choir Nationals 2010 groups are posted on the SCN website, now. Looks like a huge group. I have seen some of these groups before, but I am excited about seeing some of them for the first time. Pretty cool.

From what I understand, there are already 12 choirs who are fully paid for the 2010 Nationals. I don't know what groups, but I am friends with a director who spoke to the Nationals people last week about going, and that's what he said. Maybe some of the choirs who are going can let us know who they are!

Pekin Noteables are trying to go. Our director, Connie Mulligan, I believe had a meeting with our school admin this week, and it might have to wait til Tuesday (next school board meeting) before we will know. But let's just say THE NOTEABLES REALLY WANNA GO TO NATIONALS!!!
