Best of luck to all the groups!

We in NY will be having a SoCal webcast-watching party (even though the time difference makes it a little past my bedtime ;) )

If anyone sees this before departure tomorrow, please wish Mount Eden good luck for me.

I know they're all pretty nervous. Thanks, and good luck to all tonight.

Mr. A, and to the parent that set up the online feed, THANKS SO MUCH!

Prediction--This will be the most emotional competition of the year as seniors perform for their last time in a competitive environment. Even though the groups aren't always as clean or as sharp as they are in March competitions, groups' energies always sky rocket at this competition. And with the beautiful acoustics amplifying the sound every group makes, it will be an extremely competitive competition.

To all groups: I wish you the best of luck. You have each entertained me, and I think this has been a wonderful year. I'm glad that my senior year is this great.

To Mt. Eden: I'm so sad we can't see you. Your Star Wars song was my favorite thing last year. You guys will do amazingly, I'm sure, and I can't wait to see you all on the DVD.

~Chris

Hm.

I wonder where I got 800 from. Maybe from class assemblies when the sophomores alone filled up most of the auditorium?

Anyway, I am so, so, so excited.

Copley actually seats: 2,248
Burroughs seats about: 1,250

So a little less than double....those last 1,000 seats go a LONG way though. It would take a lot of out of state vistors to sell this show out!

See you all Saturday,

Mr. J
