GC: Clinton (BV BC BB)
1RU: Decatur
2RU: Sullivan
3RU: MTZ
4RU: Danville
5RU: Pekin

Personally I believe that Clinton will win this one easily. That being said the real battle will be for second place between Sullivan, Decatur, and MTZ.

The Midwest doesn't do the Best Overall Effect caption like the South does....

If anything there could be a Best Show Design/Best Show Concept caption, but Glenwood has not had that in previous years.
