I was too busy refreshing the page to see if results had been posted to check right away. After I posted I looked it up but my edit didn't show up.

I think either Burbank or Burroughs got a time penalty at the comp in 2012.
If only we had a website where you could look up that stuff...

Does Los Al give time penalties?

Regardless of the outcome, you're still looking at the big three in the show choir world.

Burbank just delivered a fantastic performance.
Clinton just brought down the house.
So essentially everyone was amazing (duh). How would you rank it?

Clinton will sweep and who cares about the rest. :p

Clinton just finished. Very clean show. The guys are incredible dancers. Vocals were not as strong as prior years I have seen them. But they do put out a good sound for 42 kids. Easily they take show. Vocals are up for grabs. But with these judges I can see them giving a sweep to Clinton.

Clinton just brought down the house. What an incredible dancing machine! The vocals in the first half of the show are some of the best they've had in the last few years. Clinton's band is a force to be reckon with- just outstanding playing year after year. It's always fun to see the crowd STILL get so excited to see them take the stage.

Any word on how soon awards will be?

After Clinton finishes, Los Alamitos is actually performing. So it will be a little while before awards...

Is he affiliated with a group?

He was a former student of Dave Moellenkamp.

The actor was here and said a quick hello to everyone and told everyone how awesome they were for doing show choir.

Is he affiliated with a group?

What do you mean? On the "came out to say hey" part

Burbank just delivered a fantastic performance- Such a hilarious show with such vocal power! Their volume is so impressive and their blend is beautiful. Show programming is certainly a high point! It's going to be a super close one tonight.

Oh, and "Jesse" from Pitch Perfect just came out to say "hey".

Edit: might as well throw out some predictions

GC: Clinton (Showmanship)
1RU: Burbank (Musicianship)
2RU: Burroughs

I could see the top 2 switching, keeping the captions though. Burroughs could sneak in a musicianship but I don't think their show lends itself to a scoring sheet very well.

Powerhouse just delivered something truly incredible. Nothing anyone has seen live or viewed on YouTube of Powerhouse this year up until this point has even touched tonight's performance. It was a cohesive story with incredible visual and vocal moments. Wow. Can't wait to see Burbank, Clinton, and Los Alamitos!

Powerhouse just finished. What a beautiful sounding visual experience. Hopefully the judges are as moved as I am from what I just saw.

Just to add to the discussion, Los Alamitos is using the Rank system to determine placements... We'll see! The AA division was great! And I think the rest of the world cannot wait for the Top Tier results later tonight! And thanks to Los Alamitos for hosting a phenomenal competition!!!
