They did not announce 3rd runner up, but there is no way it could be anyone but Gretna.

Fair enough...

It's been odd this year we've only heard top three from Chicago! Perhaps they aren't announcing as many this year...

Most FAME events announce the third runner up as the replacement choir should any of the top three decline to attend FAME Nationals. So....

Yep! The FAME Nationals comp in Chicago is basically considered to be the "finals".

Not sure how finals work here so these are my Predictions for first 6 spots:

GC: Hastings BV BB
1RU: Findlay BC
2RU: Craig
3RU: Norris
4RU: Arlington
5RU: Jefferson City

There aren't finals. It's just a one-and-done competition.

An open question for anyone. Is Cheyenne Mountain the Colorado school that Mr. Damon Brown works with?
Yes, Damon choreographed one of their competition show numbers this year, and has worked with them in the past as well.

Colorado is the Land Show Choir Forgot.... The State competition is the single contest in the state and takes place on a weekday afternoon. Only the top three are announced, without giving places. I believe Damon is also the lone visual judge this year.

Yeah, I believe so. He somewhat mentioned Colorado show choir when he appeared on Show Choir Live a couple weeks ago. I previously wasn't aware that Colorado had a state competition for show choir so we'll see if we can get any of that information this year. If he sees this, he might even be able to confirm for you as to which group(s) he choreographs.

Cool. My family recently moved to Colorado Springs & if Dynamix is the group he works with, I'm gonna try and get them to send my little sister to Cheyenne Mountain for high school. Due to the pressure I'm giving them, they are planning on going to Colorado's state competition. If they go & provide complete & full information on the awards, I can hook you up with the details!

Also, I want to say good luck to Norris here. I can see you guys singing yourselves into a third place if you perform well. I'd love for that to happen.

Hastings and Findlay will definitely be the top 2 and I can see Craig taking third but that's all I have right now

Awesome! Thanks for letting us know. It's been posted above.

It looks like Warren Central "Connection" is no longer attending either from the list Alex posted last week.

Glad to see FAME has finally updated their site! Branson is looking like one of the better qualifiers! Very exciting.

It was a copy/paste kind of deal, okay!
