Sauk Prairie Exec Session just gave one heck of a performance. Even if they don't make finals they proved why our motto is putting the SHOW in Show Choir. Way to blow the roof off the gym.

Don't leave Sauk Prairie out of finals. They have a fantastic show. It will depend on the judges tastes, though.

So I tried to do some scouting to do predictions... These groups are all really tough and have been competing against each other a lot with different results! Should be really fun! Anyway, point is, these are going to be wrong lol.

GC: La Crosse Central (sweep)
1RU: Onalaska
2RU: Bloomington Kennedy
3RU: Waconia
4RU: John Hersey
5RU: Holmen

(I originally had Bloomington Jeff over Holmen. They have split their two contests this year- Jeff winning in Minnesota, Holmen winning in Wisconsin. Since this one is in Wisconsin I have Holmen in. I haven't seen either show though)

Thought I'd bump this up since it's this weekend! Any thoughts or predictions?

You are correct. Not sure about "decades" haha, but they were 6 mins over! It probably felt like a decade haha! They were 3rd in day round but didn't make finals due to a 120 time penalty. They had some people filling in the band, and there were several "one time flukes" that happened that weekend and that day really, especially with props and backdrop. Just one of those days! They had no issues setting up at Muscatine's contest. So hopefully that continues.

I am excited to attend competition to just support my kids and enjoy watching all of the groups!

Im fairly sure they only got docked 37 points. 10 points for the 1st 30 sec. Then 1 point every 10 secs after

I'll second that Waconia had a good setup at Muscatine. Ya the props/set take a while to set up. I wasn't timing but it didn't seem overly long.

I am not going to make any predictions, but does anyone think Waconia is gonna have some time problems again? I'm assuming that's what kept them out at Milton, I watched the live stream and it took the power company decades to set up.
