Can anyone in Gretna please answer these questions?
1. Are the performances taking place in an auditorium or in a gym?
2. Is there a website with more information on the Gretna Primetime Competition?
Are those finals "runners-up" spots more like "at-large" bids to finals?? Or are they actually taking the runners-up? I don't mind having the winners in finals if they are at large. It seems like they are adding a 7th slot for Division C, so that should keep everyone else in finals who deserves it.
Yes, the groups with the highest point totals (after division winners) are the last three groups.

Nobody could determine captions this early in the season, so why even attempt? I'm know the top two spots could interchange, but I'm positive that neither of them should fall below that 1RU spot. Elkhorn South could possibly give those two a little run for their money depending on what they bring to the table. Elkhorn South has also been consistently better than the other choirs here, so I think that they have a firm grasp on the 2RU spot. I'm very sure that Norris will be the B division winner unless Grand Island Northwest can pull out their slump from the past couple of years. Millard North, Sioux Falls Washington, Ralston, and Grand Island Northwest should be in the hunt for the two other Finals Runner-Up postitions (one of those taken by Elkhorn South).
Although I understand how and why Gretna has decided to lay out their finals this year, I'm not a giant fan of having each class's winner guaranteed a spot in finals. It does make things interesting, though. I look forward to seeing how results play out in less than a month!
Thanks for the clear schedule - totally appreciated. Everything has been updated above!
I do believe that is performance order, however we were confused as to why Ankeny was marked as "A" which would seem to be the marking for smaller schools/divisions.
I think the smaller schools are definitely more of the "B and C/Tier II and III" while Ankeny might just be considered the "A" division for this competition perhaps due to the first year of restructuring the Ankeny school district.

The overall post looks like it could be performance order, but verification would be great as Nic requested.
Also I specifically highlighted the Prep groups, because it looks sort of weird to me. Generally Prep is just one category, but I noticed Prep is listed on this apparent schedule in an "AA, A, B" format… so… what's that all about?
