SCORE! SCC kiked butt this year! i'm so happy for all the groups tht placed last nite y'all were awesome! Petal my new favorite, you guys were so entertaining i never wanted y'alls show to end! your costumes were adorable everything about that show is memorble and some of you have so much freakin energy its crazy y'all are really an inspiration for me to do better. now where did y'all buy those polka dotted dresses cuz i definitly want to buy one for myself and those silver shoes... i am soo excited bout seein y'all in petal again woot woot!! Spain Park wow! your show this year and las year has such a distinction it was as if i was watching a different group but both years were great but i dunno wat it is i think tht this year its more traditional and clean and last year was fun and rock n' roll i luv thm both! im luvin the Journey medly good job with that, i luv Journey and it made me so happy to hear it. congrats on placin 1st in "A" division and makin finals! i didnt get to see any other "A" groups hopefully i'll get to see y'all at Petal! Opelika i've always been a great fan i know y'all are gonna tear it up next week at belmont! good luck! Long Beach and South Jones always a great job i've seen y'alls show like 5 times already and it jus gets better and better everytime! i was in the front during finals @ SCC singin yalls whole show i luv thm both!
im sooo excited bout Petal and seeing of course the mother of all Southern Showchiors CLINTON ahhh.... i cant wait, waiting to watch them is like waiting for an awesome movie to come out ugh i hate the waiting, i have no patience but i am soo excited too! GOOD LUCK to everyone at Petal i cant wait!

Spain Park- first: awesome red suits! ... wow! major congratulations....i was so impressed with y'all's show the first time...but then y'all brought it SOO much in finals! it was great watching y'all....(way to go charles, erin, alex and caroline! ....and michael you're awesome!)
Opelika- the show has improved SO much from when i saw y'all at Auburn...it was really great to see y'all...i'm ready for y'all to really bring it at belmont this weekend! good luck! (collier...i love you...lol)
Petal- WOOO HOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! i LOVED y'all's show SO much...it's so much more fun than the "traditional petal stuff" but it was still petal and i thought it was awesome! my favorite parts were "raindrops will fall" and that big series of lifts -- kelsey raylin....my new best friend ever....way to work it on that solo...great job!
Tupelo- i didn't see y'all either time but y'all obviously did pretty well...so...good job!
South Jones- another awesome performance...one of the best guys' numbers ever....oh yeah....congrats heather james...you sounded AWESOME!
Albertville- hmm....i probably would have had y'all in finals..but you never know with the judging...i also had lots of fun when james let me play with the rubber band basketball thing! haha
Long Beach- i only saw one of your shows and it was in the lobby on the TV...but y'all looked pretty good to me....i still love the costume change (go charles, eddie and doug)
Americus- i really don't think i have laughed so much in one show...i thought y'all were great!

I must say that Homewood's performance was not up to par with the way we've been performing the last few weeks, not that anybody was awake to watch it, but still . It seemed as though everything that could have gone wrong went wrong. You'd think that because we were on our own stage it would be an incredible show but it turned out just the opposite. Anyway, I'm not making excuses on why the show couldn't have been awesome, but I sincerely feel there were some major factors that we had no control over which definitely pulled the show down. Well congrats to all the groups. Petal was great, they were so nice. Congrats!

Homewood South Central Classic 2005
