According to this press release, there will be 12 choirs and they listed:

Woodridge
ETC
Rocky River
Strongsville

I'm sure a schedule will pop up somewhere or be made available via the website once it gets closer.

I've been looking around and can't seem to find a complete list of which show choirs will be there!
