There is this thing about the totino grace show choir that I've noticed over the years. When they don't place nearly as high as they wanted to, they bust their booties to improve as much as possible. Not that everyone else isn't doing that from week to week, there is just something that gets me about company of singers. So I feel like they will do what they need to in order to clinch a spot in finals. As far as the top four go, I am sticking with my Wheaton, Kennedy, Prairie, Ankeny line-up. In that order. If anything, a sneak attack from Kennedy to maybe pull ahead of Wheaton. Boom! I'm so excited!
That is what makes the countries best groups, the countries best groups.
I don't want to discourage anyone from coming that was planning on making the trek to Urbandale (because we all know there is nothing that can replace watching a competition in the flesh), but there is a distinct possibility we might be offering a webstream of our competition this year. Details to come as they're available...
With an opening night of a 6 hr German marathon the night before, and a rehearsal smack dab in the middle of Saturday - a live stream will be the ONLY way I can catch a second of this (most importantly, the final round). So this had better happen!

I could honestly see the top three switching around in any order, though. I could also see Kennedy taking home best vocals. I think the competition is between the top three (could be any order) and the bottom three (could be any order.)
Side comments: I'm excited to hear Kennedy this year! They always produce an amazing sound. I'm also REALLY excited to see Ankeny's show again. Their choreography and vocals are just outstanding again this year. Their show is really cool too.
Good luck to all!
Prairie beat Ankeny at Midwest Cup so I wouldn't say it's a for sure thing, but I probably would agree with your rankings.

I feel like it is going to go like this based on what I have seen in the results from various comps this year:
Wheaton(Probs best everything)
CR Kennedy
CR Prairie
Ankeny
Totino Grace
Lincoln Southwest
Okay so everyone, if you're going, do this so I can creep on who will be there and so i can begin planning on who i'm going to become best friends with...... ps i plan on sitting on the opposite side of the auditorium as christopher stolba..
Make sure you wear deodorant so i don't have to smell you on the other side, because you can be pretty smelly ;)
And this will be the true test of who is more popular on SCC
