Actually my friend, SoCal is the only competition in our state whose order is seeded from the previous year...

2010 results
Burbank GC
Burroughs 2nd
Brea 3rd
Los Al 4th

So for 2011, Burbank gets 1st seed (meaning last position)

If Burroughs or Los Al were to win Grand Champion this Saturday, then in 2012, they would be seeded 1st and be placed in the last slot next year.

All the other competitions that did this order is not related

does this order based on the previous years's competition also apply to divisions other than adv mixed tier I? I think it'd be interesting to do this for the other groups as well, although the choirs specifically competing in each division change a lot more year to year than adv mixed tier I...

I agree! It would be awesome to see them one last time, but it's also their spring break this week as well. That's another factor in them not competing this weekend. This is the first time they've missed SoCal.

I'm really sad that we're not going (Music Machine). But it's like, right after we come back from Finale New York. So, yeah. Complications.

Los Alamitos just got back from New York too!

I love Tommy's and In n out!! never had White Castle.
But to be honest the best burger i have ever had was at Volcano Burger in front los Alamitos high School. MMMM Bacon avocado cheeseburger. Los al is so lucky to have a burger joint that good right in front of their school.
Brian told me to go eat there, lmao never got a chance though.

I've tried White Castle... In-N-Out is much better

But you ought to try TOMMY'S (original one with the Shack)

I love Tommy's and In n out!! never had White Castle.

I heard there is going to be a live feed for this competition. Is this true or false? And SoCal returned to no finals, correct?


Yeah we are having a live feed again this year, and no finals.
