albertville people are the nicest people i have met in a while from a show choir.
the students and their family are so sweet..
i hosted them last year at the south jones comp and only knew a few of them, by the end of the day i met so many new friends from there.
i still talk to them and so ready to see them again..
i love all the people that are involved with centerstage!
Also, a note to the forum administrators: Beech HS "Melodic Impact" will be competing here, NOT Beech Grove. ALSO, Boaz HS's choir name is "Elite". Yall should check them out. This is their first year to compete and they are really excited.
Yours truly will be the judges' assistant. I'm also the guy in charge of syncing all the judges' critiques onto the iPods. I can't wait for this weekend and I hope the 3 or 4 inches of snow we just got tonight won't hinder anyone from coming.
Oak Mountain has really stepped it up this year. Yes, I am a little biased, but trying to put all of it aside, I really believe they could make finals. I guess we'll just wait and see! Good luck to ALL of the groups competing!

As you can tell I'm pretty unsure abouth this competition. Depending on if they are still on the upward climb they have been on I would not be surprised to see Beech go and place as high as third but from what I have heard about Homewood it doesn't seem likely. Best Vocals I have no earthly idea.
and yes the predictions of South Jones is very low because of our host performance at the South Jones Invitational. IT SUCKED AND I KNOW! im one of the one's in the group and we are very ashamed of our performance! but we have only been back to school one day and i was like oh my goodness. is this the same group. so we hope to be surprising cause South Jones "Company" is Steepin it up!

Cant put them in order because Ive only seen Oak Mountain and obviously us lol. Oak Mountain is really good this year, especially their vocals! I can not wait to see them again.Definite threat in the south this competition season.
