My prediction is that Clinton sweeps. Their shows are so amazing, and by the end of the season they'll be close to perfection. I really wish some of our guys from Xavier could come to this competition, but we'll be hosting that day. Best of luck to all the groups!

Bloomington Jefferson is pumped to go to Totino Grace again. Our choreographer Randy Sage described this competition as a "bloodbath". Every single group attending is fantastic and I'm nervous as hell. Randy seemed to agree with Kevin Chase about how much harder competition has been getting in Minnesota lately. Every group at this competition is fantastic and only six will make finals.

I can't wait to see you guys this year! As your 2nd Randy Sage year, I have a feeling its gonna be GREAT! Good Luck!

Mitchell is attending. The schedule must not have been updated since we swapped the Waconia competition with Totino Grace.

Our official schedule is www.frienddecoup.org...it says we are attending on there so I'm not sure what calendar you saw.

their* = Haakon point for me ;)

Oops... I found THEIR calendar and Spectacular wasn't on it. The website did say they were going to: Omaha, Marshall Waconia, Vermillion, and Wheaton Warrenville.

I think you're right. I remember seeing Logan and Holmen for sure. I'll have to check.

La Crosse Central won with vocals and band?
CR Washington got 2nd with choreography.

You're right. 2001 was SUCH an excellent competition at Totino. I feel blessed to have stolen a tape of it from wash

Who was at the competition in 2001?

I'm jealous. That lineup is killer. Bet this will be one of the best comps of the year.

I predict that the day will be filled with AMAZING shows, and that Totino Grace, like always, will be awesome hosts, and that everyone in attendance will have an awesome day of show choir! ;)

On another note, this line up is the way i remember competition back when i was in show choir (awhile back, haha) -there will be some awesome groups not making finals, and its fun to see the level of competition back up there in many competitions! there were a lot of comps last year where it was pretty obvious who would be in finals in certain competitions, and granted its great to see comps where more groups are getting the chance to perform in finals, but its also fun to see the battles, where groups have no choice but to bring their A game in prelims to even have a shot at finals!

On a personal note, i am sooo excited to have Clinton in MN this year!

I predict that even if someone went around to all the schools and saw them perform their show they would STILL get predictions wrong because there are like 3 months until this competition and groups will improve so much before then.

But nice try Ethan :-P
