This is going to be a great competition for indianapolis choirs to see how they stack up early. I wish I could make it back to see it. I think any of the top 5 (Marysville, FC, CG, LC, BD) could walk out a winner. Finals is going to be spectacular.

I think.....

GC: Marysville, Vocals
1ru: Center Grove, Choreo

I think It could also be bloomington FC and LC gunning for the bottom 2 spots.

Exactly! And I forgot to mention that the years that I have watched Marysville (mainly the years you won at Contest of Champions), your program is one to be respected and deserves a lot of recognition.

A LOT of different flavors coming to Pike this coming weekend. Which flavor is what the judges are looking for? Nobody knows.

I was thoroughly impressed with Ben Davis last year. They really blew me away at Shelbyville.

Shot in the dark, here it goes:

Grand Champion: Center Grove
1st Runner Up: Ben Davis
2nd Runner Up: Lawrence Central
3rd Runner Up: Marysville
4th Runner Up: Franklin Central
5th Runner Up: Bloomington Kennedy

This sounds like I am trying to either be A.) Politically Correct or B.) Roger Goodell trying to make everyone happy. BUT, I think if any of these groups bring it next weekend, they could walk out with the big trophy. Even last year, I felt like there was a lot more parity in show choir. Especially the Indianapolis choirs. Everyone seemed to beat everyone at some point last year. Best of luck to everyone!

LC has AMAZING VOCALS this yr and when I saw them at alumni night i was blown away at there cleanliness and choreo is the best i've seen in YEARS! They will be on their game this year. I would NOT be surprised if they beat CG each year they get closer and closer to beating them. In our worst yr (2008) they beat us by 4 points it was our 1st comp an there 3d. I love all the choirs competing here tho. But b/c im an alumn im biased
