Mt. Zion danced really really well. But Best Vocals? I just really don't understand. This is the last day of April, not the first.... #checkthecalendar

A tough line-up, and only five finalists. Someone good was going to have to be left out. Actually, several good were going to be left out.

$90 for tickets between my date and I, $125ish for tux rental, and $25 for her corsage. We'd be going to Fort Wayne if the tickets weren't so expensive and didn't already have dinner included...that is the only saving grace, because the thought of spending that much cash to go across town to the "Kendallville Event Center" still turns my stomach.

Feel free to say whatever you like about Kendallville, I'm an Avilla boy.

I always liked the county fair there. But, I'm a Albion girl by default

Just wondering how much prom at Kendallville be? Do you drive into Ft. Wayne for dinner? My mom graduated from Central Nobel, my great grandma and grandparents lived in the Lutheran old folks home and we have a farm in Albion- so I'm not trying to say anything bad about Kendallville- just wondering

Would anybody like to weigh in?

I would have so gone if prom wasn't tonight, and I'm still thinking I should have picked FAME...God knows that buying a ticket and a tank of gas would have been much cheaper.
