We won neither captions. They gave out captions in the daytime when Twinsburg was ahead.

Okay thanks!

Everytime I read a post with "DQ" in it, I keep thinking about Dairy Queen! I wish they had Dairy Queen at Cuyahoga Falls! Yum!

What do you enjoy about the food? From what I've heard, the food wasn't very enjoyable at Cuyahoga Falls.

this is the Cuyahoga Classic Facebook page. They posted that they will post pictures as soon as they can, and most likely in performance order. The only choir that has been uploaded as of right now is Stow, but I'm sure they will have them up soon enough!

thanx

This was such a great competition. When finalists were announced I knew the evening was going to be crazy. But here are just a couple of my thoughts.

Marysville- I AM SO PROUD!!! you guys rocked it out in your evening performance. The choreo was sharper than I've seen all year and the vocals were beautiful. You guys arrived on stage and left EVERYTHING on stage. Again very proud of you guys congrats on the grand champion and keep up the good work!! SWINGERS WHAT??? SWINGERS ROCK!!

Twinsburg- I didn't get to see your finals performance because I was super hungry, didn't know what time it was, and it was too late to go into auditorium. But I did get to see your prelim performance and I'm sure that it wasn't anything but great. You guys are so sharp and I enjoy some of the choreo. Good luck at your other competitions!!

Solon- AHHH you guys were so great!!! From prelims to finals I swear it was a different show!!! I love the way you guys do your dynamics!! Just a fantastic job. The ballad was so GOOOOD!!! love it. Congrats on the best combo caption and good luck at Teays Valley!!!

Teays Valley- I love your show this year!!! Eye to Eye is just a fun song and I defitely think you guys pull it off well!! You guys were all so great I wish I could have seen your finals perfomance!!

Medina- I didn't see at all!! =< but I'm sure that you guys were great

Garfield Heights- I thought that you did very well. Just keep up the good work and hope to see you guys again soon!

So I'm extremly shocked by Twinsburg's lost obviously they had a better showing than Marysville last night anyone in the audience will tell you that.

very exciting that someone from madison, wi made the long journey to an ohio competition. what school are you associated with, alchap?

The costumes were sheer, which I suppose would swing the scoring if costumes were such a large part. Although, I don't understand the weighing.

IF anything it'd be costuming. Costumes alone were a good chunk of points. No joke.

Any rumor of a DQ should be dismissed. I got to see score sheets and there was nothing about penalties being taken on them. I guess they didn't score high enough which was really weird because they had a great performance. The way the scoresheet was weighted was really weird as well.

What are the rumors of the DQ?

well you know how people talk, I heard first that they were singing offstage which I guess is a rule at cuyahoga that you can only sing within the white box... but I don't think that would really cause a DQ. I also heard another story that their costumes were see-through or something.

But please don't quote me on these! Those are just two of the things I heard, and I don't even know if they were actually DQ's or not, let alone the reason why. I really wanted to see them again in finals though so I was disappointed

Can anyone confirm what happened?
