You know what, thank you sooooo much for saying that!! I came online today to read posts about today's competition and i was getting really nervous until your post. I work with HartBreakers (I've been in the group for two years and now I'm there dance captain/assisstant choreographer) and I can tell ya'll they've been working extremely hard and unfortunately I don't think people have a lot of faith in them, but please guys keep open minds and eyes and ears tonight caz you might be surprised!!! And like Lemon Star said, HAVE FUN!!!!!!!!!!!

lol the war talk..we don't mean to offend anyone. just a fun thing with diamond bar! ;) we're not trying to be mean if that's how you perceive it! honestly! we just want to have a good time as does everyone else. i'm so excited for tonight!
i'm sorry if i offended anyone...but i guess no one really regarded my big bold memo which read " i'm not trying to say we're cocky or anything." And like I said before I only gave the HISTORY of this season so far just for the sake of giving. Not to shove in everyone's face and say oh well Bonita swept all throughout or anything like that. And like I also said....just because I stated the history doesn't mean they'll win. Because it's impossible to truely believe that. Anyone can win on any given day at any given competition. And I doo stick by what I say before " the group that gives it their all will win." That's the truth. Any group can say we're the best and lose. In addition, i DID NOT underestimate any group. I didn't have the history of other groups because I didn't know which competitions they competed with. I'm sorry....but like I said in my earlier post...it was because I just happened to have a printed version that my director gave us to study off of. I guess this has been another situation of misinterpretation. I was merely stating the history of the groups I was aware of and notified of...and stating that even though there's a history it doesn't mean that they may win.
So yea....big time competition between bonita, burroughs, solitaire....but then again hart, arcadia, chula, and los alamitos CAN wow us. so like i said before....may the best group win. and when i say best i don't mean the one who has had a history of 1st places....the BEST group that day that performs the best....because i know that they would deserve it...we all would. you could bicker and say we're better...but the group that gives it their all will truely be the best.
you know- it isnt just scoring history....judges are different everywhere you go. the kessler-wilson team wasnt at diamond bar. new spirit still beat burroughs. the riverside judges wont be at brea- but sound could still win. so why make a long post about how the competition is going to be between solitare, sound unlimited, and sound sensations?....of course your opinion is your opinion..

i agree with shingy. despite the intentions, judges' scores ARE subjective, and will vary between competitions. i'm not sure it's fair to any of the competing groups to say that the competition is all between bonita, burroughs, and diamond bar, and then remind us that "the group that gives it their all will truly be the best". consistency is key. going with the last statement, a freshly beamed-down alien show choir could sweep the competition if their hearts are truly in it. extreme analogy, i know, but it's true. as a member of an underestimated group, i beg that you please be fair to us all if you're going to make such a statement. i know that ALL the groups have been working hard to improve their shows as much as possible for brea, because there will be stiff competition across the board. to those that read this, thank you for respecting everyone's opinion, you're my hero

if we are going to show respect for people then maybe you should express your distaste for solitare and sound unlimited in a more respectful way because i dont think that making it very obvious that you think they are boring and not entertaining is verry respectful...maybe you could have said that you thought burroughs was more entertaining than the other two but you dont have to say *snore* or anything...and i apologize cuz i wasnt trying to disrespect burroughs i enjoy their set as well i was just trying to make a joke...sorry if i offended anyone.

AND I JUST HOPE THAT THE SOLITAIRE GURLS UNDERSTAND IF IM A LITTLE OUT OF IT IN THE WARM UP ROOM. PLZ FEEL FREE TO OFFER ME A WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA TO HELP OUT UR FELLOW MEMBER(LAME AGIAN).
