I'm pulling for Burroughs Sound Sensations. " border="0" alt="wub.gif" /> I'm a hardcore burroughs fan.

So yea....big time competition between bonita, burroughs, solitaire....but then again hart, arcadia, chula, and los alamitos CAN wow us. so like i said before....may the best group win. and when i say best i don't mean the one who has had a history of 1st places....the BEST group that day that performs the best....because i know that they would deserve it...we all would. you could bicker and say we're better...but the group that gives it their all will truely be the best.

...why THANK you....

you know- it isnt just scoring history....judges are different everywhere you go. the kessler-wilson team wasnt at diamond bar. new spirit still beat burroughs. the riverside judges wont be at brea- but sound could still win. so why make a long post about how the competition is going to be between solitare, sound unlimited, and sound sensations?....of course your opinion is your opinion..

and yes, i COULD bicker and say we're better, but im not that cocky . im just saying, judges are different at this competition, and mabye you guys should take that into consideration before you start any long posts about how some school could "WOW" you and somehow win the competition with "wow"....judges dont judge on how people are wowed...

my two cents. if you read this whole thing, you're amazing.

7:00 p.m. Advanced Division

Chula Vista "Dreamgirls"
Bonita Vista "Sound Unlimited"
Burroughs "Sound Sensations"
Hart "Hart Breakers"
Arcadia "New Spirit"
Los Alamitos "Sountraxx"
Diamond Bar "Solitaire"

NOW THIS IS NOT OUT OF COCKINESS OR ANYTHING!!!
now....of all i know of...
Bonita - swept at DB Spec., swept at river, swept at TOC, and 2nd at Encore
Burroughs - 1st at Los Al, 3rd at DB Spec., 3rd at TOC, 4th at Encore
Hart - 3rd at FLO, 3rd at Los Al, 2nd at TOC
Arcadia - 2nd at Db Spec., NP at river
Solitaire - 1st at FLO & show, 3rd at Encore

*sorry chula and los alamitos! it's not because i don't want to include you or anything...it's ONLY because i don't know where you guys competed and what places you guys got...I know the places of up above because our director printed them out for us.*

...sooooo kinnnda obvious where the competition will be. I think Hart will do good too. because I know Hart is a more show oriented show. Musically....I think we alll match up. So I think the SHOW part will reallly be the maker or breaker. Because you know that's where all the passion, drive, and energy of the group comes in. I know Solitaire of all the advanced girls group dances the most and has the most difficult dancing routine. I'm not saying it to be cocky. I'm stating the truth. But that also gives us a disadvantage because we might not sing as well. HOWEVER, we have been working on them and our vocals are at top notch right now.

Wow a lot of people are pumped for this competition! That key factor is going to make this competition interesting. Good luck to everyone, we are looking forward to this Saturday! I personally am looking forward to seeing some choirs I haven't got to see yet, like LA Rhythm, and the El Rancho girls, etc. See ya Saturday!

Hart Breakers have been working hard!!! I'm way proud of our girls... I just want all of us to have a great time onstage and give it our all--that's when we'll perform to exert our greatest potential! Good luck to all the other groups, have fun!
