I'm really excited for this competition. I love the way they run it. Good luck to everyone. I'm really excited to see Sioux city east and Jeff. I've heard some really good things about their shows this year.
well I love the arrangement of Blue Skies... it is just WAYYY too slow- about twice as slow as the last group I saw do that arrangement. that being said i dont think they can't really go as fast due to the choreography.
that 2nd song just kills the show. i also miss the faux-eklund ballads
Yeah, the ballads were the best the past few years and this year it doesn't even seem like a ballad really.
I do too really. As sad as it is to say, the middle of their show is really boring and I think it hurts them too much to get a 1st place anywhere, even if they performed it perfectly.

I just remembered Lincoln Southwest is coming to this one... That being said I now MUST attend this competition. Their opener is just too stunning for me to not see it live again this year. I just wish the rest of their show was as good as the opener.

I'm actually really excited to CR Jefferson. I saw their opening show at the beginning of the year. Very cool. I'm sure it has come a long way since then as well. Some of Antwon's best choreo and it shows. Can't wait to see you all again.

The judge for the Outstanding Performer Award during the day does NOT judge the Championship Finals. The daytime critique judges ARE added to the preliminary panel for a total of 6 judges during the championship finals. well i just remember my freshman year, finals were cancelled due to the weather, I REALLY hope that does not happen this year espically because of all the groups competeing

I remember my freshman year we were scheduled to go to Sioux City East, but we got snowed out and we went to Benton instead. It was pretty darn snowy but we still went cuz it's not that far. That's why I ask. Hopefully Linn-Mar Xavier and IC West could make it up too.
