WOW what a great competition, those Wash people really know how to make a gym full of show choir people have a good time! I had so much fun today, it was the funnest competition of the year by far! I met some new people, hung out with old people, and had a great time. I'm so happy with how we placed too, however, man o man I saw the score sheet for finals and it was SOOOOO CLOSE. And big surprise of the day, 8 groups in finals??? LoL, but it was awesome. I'm about to fall asleep so I'll write more thoughts tomorrow. Congrats everyone on a great day!
Oh yeah, and Mo used high-low scoring system..where the highest and lowest score is thrown out.

Onalaksa. . .WOW WOW WOW!!! I really liked your show, it was just amazing
Milton. . .Sorry i didnt see you guys i went and saw Linn-Mar InStep who had a OUTSTANDING performance ya'll have really stepped it up this year!
Old Abe. . .You guys were fun to watch your vocals need a bit more work but yeah you were fun to watch and i enjoyed it.
Monona Grove. . .You got screwed out of finals, your show was so creative, a little dark at times but it was awesome i loved the theme.
Davenport Central. . .Biggest Surprise of the day, i saw you at SuperNova and wasent impressed, i saw you again at Great River and again was not impressed, I saw you at MoShow and it was clear that you guys wanted to be in finals by the way you performed, you stepped up to the challenge and gave an amazing performance it was very aparent that you wanted to make the night round. However i feel Monona Grove was a step above you.
Linn-Mar. . i thought you gave a great performance, it wasent the best i have seen from you but it was sooo good you guys deserved finals and it was so enjoyable to watch your show, heather did an AMAZING job on her solo, hehe, it was a great way to end your day time competition season good job!
Davenport West. . .today was the first time i saw you show because i was unable to stay for finals at Great River. I thought you did well i wasent a big fan of your song selection but your vocals were very good and your choreo very clean good job!
Davenport North. . .Not to take anything away from you but i expected more than what i saw. Everyone gave you so much hype going into the competition i wanted to see you so badly however i was not a fan of your ballad or the song after that, however, you did execute your show very well.
Bloomington Kennedy. . .I didnt see you i went to subway
DM Lincoln. . .umm what happend? you guys were awesome two years ago? I know that this is your first year wiht your new director but man your vocals were not there like they have been in the past.
Hastings. . .OMG I loved your show its now my favorite one of the year! It was so fun to watch and you all look like you have so much fun doing so it made it fun to watch, your vocals are wonderful and yeah i thought you did amazing it was a great way to end the daytime competition.
