This is the prediction that I most agree with. It really is a toss-up for all the groups, I think. I've only seen two of the shows so I do not know what to expect. Come visit the hosts of Milton "Rising Stars" because, well, we rock!
Here are my perdictions......everything is gonna be pretty close but my guess is it will be:
GC: Milton-best choreo
1ru: Davenport West- best vocals
2ru: Mayville- Best band
3ru: Onalaska
4ru: Central GCS
5ru: Altoona or Sauk Prairie not sure which one yet

This ones gonna be really hard to call. I don't think its doubted who will make finals but we shouldn't be making assumptions either. I think people could underestimate Mayville seeing how much they improved from our home show to New London, which was alot. GC is the hardest to call when you have a past winner up against new rivals that could very easily beat it. I've heard that GCS isn't as good as in the past which might be a relief to some choirs. And also, some would kill me for saying this, but Reedsburg did get 7th in New London, and will no doubt have improved by this week! I think Milton has an amazing show this year, but I didn't like Onalaska's the first time I saw it. So perhaps I will make calls later in the week, but nothing now!!

GC: LaCrosse Central (BV, BB)
1RU: Milton (BC)
2RU: Onalaska
3RU: Davenport West
4RU: Mayville
5RU: Altoona or Sauk Prairie
To be honest, that GC spot is basically going to be up in the air, but I think the Central kids have the most to prove with being the top choir in Wisconsin until taking 4th at Sauk. So they'll put in the requisite work definitely. Then again, Milton would love to take home captions AND a GC this time around...
I'm having trouble picking West vs. Onalaska, as I've heard both groups are back to their best stuff this year.
Altoona did beat Mayville at Colby, so they definitely have the potential to take this finals spot from Sauk. Sauk's show is very good vocally, but they really don't have too much choreography. Most of this competition is going to depend on the judges...
