Clinton just totally amped up their show. so much more energy from what i could see in prelims. Go Attache.

I think Burroughs's show is just too weird and sloppy to beat a crisp Attache show.

clinton had it wrapped up from prelims however i only thought the closer was better in finals...everything else was stil great but did not exceed earlier

Attache, WOW, how can you beat that? That was insane. They were amazing in the prelims and they brought it up so much in finals. Totally amazing!

Pretty much clinton has won and theres nothing anyone can do about it. Its a shame because would have liked to see a battle for the top spot. And its a good day for (anti) CS fans.

lol jk there r none of those...but if there is....

ps: all judging is fair to me. and im an alum so take my words for me and not Central Sound.

Just got back from daytime.

Piqua: Loved, loved, loved your opener. The Rocket Summer is my favorite band, ever. I was pretty much freaking out that entire song. Sounded like you guys had major band balance issues towards the end of the show. The girls number was barely audible.

Colerain: All I can remember about your show is that I really really enjoyed it. Came out with a lot of energy.

Eisenhower: Last time I saw you was 2005. Pretty much how I remember you. Good, energetic choreo with decent vox.

Clinton: The precision you guys have is phenomenal. My sister was talking about how it looked almost like there was only one person dancing, and then the rest of the people were just holographs being projected on stage. You guys definitely lived up to your name. Very, very good.

John Burroughs: I thought a lot about what I thought about your group. I think you executed the show very well. From what I could tell, the vox and choreo were on point. But I just couldn't get into it. There was too much going on around you guys. The stage lighting, the intense light curtain, the costumes...I just think at some point it's taking away from the performance, not adding. Wasn't my cup of tea, I guess.

Center Grove: You have the best ballad there, by miles. Oh man, you guys just kill those a cappella ballads. Guys 80s medley was great. The girls character voices was on pitch and had harmony. That's not something every group can do. I really like your show.

Lawrence Central: I love West Side Story. I really don't like what you do with it. I think the arrangements are just terrible. It felt like you were going off the songs from this cd instead of the original source material. The only part of your show that interested me was I Feel Pretty.

Marysville: I thought you guys were just flat, energy wise. Choreo wasn't terribly clean. I wasn't feeling it.

After daytime, I had it:

1st: Clinton
2nd: Center Grove
3rd: John Burroughs
4th: Eisenhower
5th: Colerain
6th: Piqua
7th: Lawrence Central
8th: Marysville

piqua was very good shoulda made finals. something is off to go undefeated then not make finals. im pretty sure only one judge screwed you guys over. i'd name the judge but i won't. he has screwed over a few groups this year and its becoming more non professionalism than criticism. he is biased against groups the reason??? IDK. its a shame though.
CLinton AWESOME LOVED and top 3 vocally
Centergrove LOVE, ballad was def amazing. you guys were def in my top
JB ddn love but performed show very well just a tad bit screamy for me
EEE: very enerfetic vocals were a mess i could pick out sections that stuck out who were sharp and flat as well as individual voices. choreo was ok def did NOT have you in finals
Marysville: loved vocals at begining but kinda faded in good technique and tone towards the end good energy and clean
LC: you guys rocked and def had you guys top 3 vocally and so did another friend of mines who doesn't care for LC like that, Aaron Coates arranges for LC and he is PHENOMENAL the arrangements for this wws are awesome and are different than the run of the mill sc version. Which is why its good. Why would you do something the same way its been done for years?? that's boring. You guys were fun adn rocked your show vocally i had you guys in top 4 and maybe top 2
Colerain: i enjoyed your show and would have definitely put you or piqua in finals over EEE you guys did so well! be happy with it!

I am pretty psyched about this competition but would love to see the score sheets just to confirm my suspicions. good luck to everyone. the top two WONT change atleast number one wont.....LETS GO CG AN CS show them why you guys are two of the TOP choirs in INDY
