Let us all remember in this moment that all of the show choirs that compete here today work extremely hard to put on their respective shows. Each should be applauded tremendously for what they do. That being said, there are some great show choirs going home tonight earlier than others... and five that will advance, yet won't win. A lot of people may not even agree with the winner since its such a tight line up that draws the line of where personal preferences are drawn. But, Whoever DOES win, kudos to them. If anyone is to criticize the outcome and or critique show choirs afterwards- do it in a constructive and positive way that is not to take away from the Grand Championship choir... or any choir's placement for that matter. Saying "I felt that Choir A had stronger vocals than Choir B, so I thought they'd place higher" sounds a lot different than "OH MY GAWD. CHOIR B SUCKED! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY PLACED HIGHER THAN CHOIR A!!! WTF WERE THE JUDGES THINKING!"

Good luck to all of the wonderful show choirs today.

Extremely well said, Adam.

So who all off the boards are here in Fairfield? I'm staying at the Courtyard in West Chester. Anyone in the house?

I'm here. Staying at my boyfriend's house, haha. So this is pretty normal for me. We are headed to breakfast, hopefully, with another SCCer or two, then off to the competition!

Im confused.....Can someone tell me why this competition is the one everyone is waiting for? What makes it so great beside the groups that are performing there(they all are really good!!). Haha Am I missing something?

Nope...that's why everybody's waiting for it. I may be mistaken, but its not often that this many groups of such a high caliber, especially Clinton and Burroughs, all go to the same competition.

Somebody needs to pick me up and take me with you to Cincinnati. I've said this before and still no offers!

that is wat makes it such an amazing contest. jb, clinton., cg, piqua, lc, eisenhower etc...all of the choirs are great and amazing this is the best comp of the season from sheer calibor and talent level of groups in attendance. only way it could be better is if wv, mz, nc, carmel, fc, hn, hurricane, burbank, totino grace, atsc could be here as well that would be EPIC
!!!

Man, if Waubonsie, Burbank, and Franklin could be here, FTW!
