I'm sad Olentangy isn't competing here this year. It's a great competition, the lineup is amazing, and there's nothing like performing in a packed Fairfield Arena. At least I still get to go and watch all the amazing groups!

Will the live feed be for all daytime groups as well starting at 8:25am?
The live feed will be for all groups in the "Arena" area. We will stream both prelims and finals.

I know the performance order is on the Events page, but is there a time schedule somewhere? When are finals scheduled to start?

GOOD LUCK TO THE BURROUGHS CHOIRS!!

Yeah, but I was thinking during finals performances. That would be awesome

I personally hate the lighting effects they do at FAME. keep it simple.

Just a random comment/observation/suggestion, it would be awesome if Fairfield this year did lighting effects for finals like the FAME competitions.

Ghunt- there's people who say Burroughs and Burbank aren't shown choir??? Hahahaha I'd love to meet those people. For 2 groups that aren't show choir they sure do win a lot of show choir competitions. Lol

Also I think a lot of people are making to much of this being in the Midwest and the judges not having the taste for Powerhouse's show. I feel like the judges are all well qualified and at the end of the day the difference between good and bad vocals as well as clean and sloppy choreography is the same anywhere.

This also reminds me a lot of 2008 at Fame Chicago when a lot of people thought the judges would think the show was too "dark" and as we all know Powerhouse went on to sweep.

Ya sorry that came off wrong. I meant to say as long as we give a heart felt performance to the best of our ability i dont care if we win or lose and not saying that Midwest judges don't appreciate that just to make that clear.

Looking at the scoring breakdown I'm gonna say that Clinton is gonna win. Burroughs is known for their SHOW and that's only 20%. Now, you look at choreo and it's Clinton. (enough said) Now vocals I think Burroughs will take this because they have the aca pella section where they just show case that, so I think Burroughs will take that but by a slim margin. Band I don't really know haha. Clinton's show is amazing this year. Gates and Cris Crisler did an amazing job with the choreo! The vocals are definitely the best I've heard since 04! I think it's time for Clinton to be recognized as I think the best in the nation. It's all subjective though, I mean some people prolly don't even call Burroughs or Burbank shows show choir. It's more like theatre. Don't get me wrong though, it's amazing. I just think Burroughs this year is a little out there for some people.

I love Clinton and agree with everything you said, but do you know this for a fact? Because they were in Beast Mode in 2005.
