There theme was want. The opener was Anyway you want it, I don't remember the rest, but the ballad was Show Me The Way, and the closer was, I want it all. I hope this helps.

The boys number was a parody of songs with "mail" as the theme. I remember Ship It (Whip It) and there were a couple more in the medley.
The girls did a medley with "My Heart Belongs to Daddy" and "Material Girl".
There may have been a song between the girls and the closer.

I do! They're missing people, if you read at all lately on here, you'd remember that Nitro had people missing due to a swimming meet... ;)

Sorry I don't have time to read all of these. It just was cabell's day to win.

Nitro did very well today as well, they had the show, the band, the choreography, and the costumes. Today maybe lacked A LITTLE energy compared to what you all did at poca (which was awesome) I don't know why all didn't at least get 2nd or 3rd, but it's not really up to us, it is what the judges want to see. I love the show, and the soloist are very good in your group as well. I don't really have an answer to why you didn't place, but you all did good today, and your choreography, might have been the cleanest, and had the most precision and locked in moves all day! Keep up the work, and continue to do well as you all have done the past 2 years, you all have came such a long way. Keep It Up!

My opinion CABELL MIDLAND WAS AMMAZZING TODAY! That is the best I have seen them in a while, they had the show, the band, choreography, and vocals most of the show, they really deserved to win today. BTW I love the changes you made in the closer in the dance break! Awesome, you all where so clean today it was just awesome. I'm so happy you guys won! WOO WOO. I love me some cabell midland.

But Im kinda confused on how lee davis got 2nd? They really weren't all that entertaining today, especially after going after a entertaining show like st. albans, and not to mention they did a movie song like saint albans and they also had the same ballad. The show was not appealing to me, it was kinda lacking of energy at moments, and alot of the memebers, did not have facial communication at all. They had some very pretty moments of singing, but other times not so much.

Saint Albans did very well today, I felt there performance, had much energy, vocals most of the time, and a wonderful show concept (as always) The vocals where very good, but the band was overpowering to the vocals at times, but that could have been from the theatre, I don't really know, I really liked the costumes, and they had wonderful soloists! GO BRITTANY! Overall they where very good. Better than at poca.

This is my own opinion, I don't think anything was rude or nasty. Over all it was a great day, and Cabell Midland Deserved to win. They work so hard, and they have the best kids in their group, they are so nice, and there not cocky like some show choris :D

Nitro
Patrick Henry
Cabell Midland
St. Albans
Herbert Hoover
Ravenswood
Hunington
Buckhannon-Upsher

Oh wow! That's not the same list I have. When did Nitro decide to join in? That's fantastic! I wonder how it will affect the performance schedule? Adding a new group so late? Wonder if they will change any choir's times.... I have some coworkers that are planning to come see what it is I RAVE about non-stop this time of year ... Guess I had better investigate a little to see if anything has changed so they don't show up too late to see The Classix ;)
Thanks for posting that.

Welcome a west va comp to the forum.

Keep them coming.

Good Luck to all- may take a trip up to visit some of you and your directors.

BTW- this is a great competition- and has always proven to be exciting and very well organized and run smoothly.
