I am hoping we do really well, for our first show at Mt. Zion and not making the finals was kind of tough for us but we are progressing, the schools will see from the score sheet that judges from prelims were a little random lol. we were in 4th and 6th from two judges which is awsome compared to going up against all those tough people at the comp. They were soooooooo good no lie! well hope to see you all at piqua-----your homie Cody!
There are 8 choirs that could easily make finals this saturday. These are the choirs that i think will have those 6 spots in no order: (the last spot is a toss-up)
Since I will not be able to attend this competition, please post the information that I need to order a DVD. This is the first "CenterStage!" competition that I will not be performing in since 2002!!! I'm gonna be going INSANE not knowing what is going on. Besides that, I really want to see some amazing Ohio groups!
Safely in should be (in this order)
1. Findlay (a little biased here)
2. Marysville
3. Twinsburg
4. Dekalb
From there, it will be a little messy
5. Albertville *I'm thinking they'll be safely in, too...
6. Northrop
7. Colerain
8. Beavercreek
It's going to be tight for EVERYONE! I kind of wish Teays and Fairfield were coming... it would really be a showdown!!!
Lol i was gonna say dont forget about Charisma in that list of groups lol, i heard that there wont be a women's competition, so are VDF group cant go . grats to them getting 1st at there competition last week did great
Interesting set of groups - reminds me of the 2006 finals, when Beavercreek and Albertville were both edged out of the top six. I think 2009's top six will look something like this:
