Just wanted to follow up with some numbers. One of the three judges, Stacie Craig from California, had out of 260 points:
1. Burroughs: 259
2. Chula Vista: 242
3. Burbank: 235
4. Clinton: 234

What an experience this past weekend at Los Al Comp! The Attache' family was blown away at the hospitality of all of those involved. This will be a trip which will be talked about for a long time. Friendships were made, moments were captured with pictures, phone numbers were exchanged, facebook friends were added, and all of us became one, big family. We love you guys! I mean...we love y'all! haha...

(mom of the guy who looks like Edward Cullen and Harry Potter!) lol...

Point difference between Burroughs and Attaché was 25 in Final, and was 21 with Burroughs in the lead and Attaché in second.

Their entire set is up on youtube. And I am guessing it's the finals. MVshow choir posted them.

i couldnt have chosen a better competition to attend!!! i met so many people!!!
kudos to los al choir and parents for being so prepared!
i had a blast! hopefully i'll make it to socal.

Congratulations Los Al and Mr. Moellenkamp on a terrific competition. Hopefully more choirs like Clinton will make Extravaganza a destination during the competition season. It's been a longtime since i've seen a roster of finalists as solid and deserving as Saturday night's, any which could be - and have been! - champions anywhere else in the country. Bravo all.

Interesting outcome! Definitely wasn't expecting my predictions to come true! I ultimately thought burbank could pull through in finals! But wow, I must give John Burroughs Powerhouse some extreme credit for not only taking on two of the biggest choirs in the country but for completely raising the show choir bar in California! Congratulations Powerhouse!! This is definitely your year to shine! Take it all the way to the bank and show the country what you're made of when you travel outside of Cali later this year. We're all rooting for you. This must have been an incredible competition!
