My best friend and I sat next to the Carmel group during night awards. We talked with the Virtuoso soloist - he's awesome! We are big Dekalb fans and now we're big Carmel fans, too!

And Huntington North - what you did was completely unexpected, in the best way! 2004's show had a surprise for the closer and I loved it. I love 2009's surprise also!

Churubusco - Guitar Hero was so cool. Honestly, you could have stopped your show right there and have been just fine.

Northridge - You have an awesome thing going with Dan Baker. Trust him - he really knows what he's doing.

Dekalb - Always #1 in my heart.

Ahh! I can't wait.

It'll be a tough one, but let me just say East Noble is itching for a night show - and it may be our last competition, if we don't make it to State. We ain't goin down without a fight.

I know Homestead is about to bring it for this competition. Its our last competition before we host our own and then head off to FAME.

my predictions:

GC: Carmel
1RU: Huntington North
2RU: Homestead
3RU: DeKalb
4RU: Columbia City
5RU: Northridge/Churubusco

This will be an interesting competition because I know Huntington has been working their butts off since BD, and they looked good at their invitational. DeKalb has been good throughout the year. and Homestead is ready to be up with the big dogs. I have Carmel winning, just because of their reputation and their showing at the H-North invite last weekend.

We shall see!!

Some of us FC people will be attending as spectators =>
We needed a well desrved weekend off before FAME, especially after weeks of non-stop show choir-ness.
