Check with your director, I guess, because the Show Choir Nationals website says that they are at full capacity for the 2010 competition. No group names are on there, but it says they will be posted soon.
I believe we applied, but no one has given us any word on if we are going or not.

Thank you Spreshie for putting up those links, I still haven't received my DVD yet! Hopefully this weekend. Also, your rendition of "Let It Be" at Big Show this year KILLED!!!! It was so beautiful.
Has anyone gotton there DVD yet because we have been waitting awhile lol
Well Manny, as of Saturday 5/23, I hadn't gotten my DVD yet either! The latest thing I knew about them was a note posted on the SCN website that said the people doing the DVDs were having technical trouble and that they would be shipping the week of 5/11! Thanks for posting your question, I was beginning to think that I was the only one who hadn't gotten theirs yet!
I don't know why some of my posts don't show up, but I'll try this again, since you guysa re still talking about Show Choir Nationals. They have lots of new stuff on their website, with videos of all the performances and lots more photos at showchoirnationals.com. Maybe the link is the problem? Idunno.
HAHA!! I think you are talking about me lol! Are you talking about the Soloist from A Stud and A Babe?? If So then you are definently talking to me lol!
I was talking to the Heelan people in front of the Opry building while Pascagoula was performing, and I talked to the "Hilarious Auburn Guy" twice during the performances at the Opry, and then again upstairs at the Wildhorse. He was sitting with a girl at a tall table against the wall. Like I said before, it was a great competition and a great time. I met so many nice people!
I met some kids from Heelan this weekend too, and they were GREAT!!! It was so nice talking to all of you outside of the Opry before Finals.
Hey Michael, James and A.J., the puppy chow is on the way as soon as we get home!
It was an overall excellent competition, the quality of the performances was so good. I had an even better time than last year. To that hilarious guy from Auburn Varsity Singers that I kept running into (even at Wildhorse) - HI!!!!

kind of a weird scoring for Buffalo Grove.. 1's and 5's. But i think the correct placements occurred. I did some predictions and whatnot during finals and i just had pascagoula and mt. zion switched around.
I thought the scoring was interesting, too. I did actually have Buffalo Grove picked, but my wife did not. That's not to say it is right or wrong - she had them in the bottom half of the finals, and I thought they were definitely the top group. I still think that strong of a disparity among the judges is strange, though.
