Johnston isn't going this year but has gone in past years, and it's a great competition -- well run, friendly volunteers, more intimate atmosphere. I know Dowling Catholic is bringing its varsity group, Dimensions, under the direction of Jody White, who directed Johnston for 29 years. I saw Dowling yesterday and wow! What a difference from last year. They were terrific.

Good luck and have fun! We love Southeast Polk and will miss being there.

Just wanted to second our friend from Johnston. Don't judge the competition just by the size.
Good hosts at SEP and it will be well run..and a week without the craziness of some of the big
dates can be a welcome break. It may be smaller but you still can't just show up and expect to
win..you will have to PERFORM. Good luck.

So this isn't a particularly large competition. But does anyone know of any other groups that are going to be there?
