What is this "IU Vs. Purdue" song Franklin Central does?

It takes an old "Sinatra-type" song called "Two Of A Kind", and weaves through the fight songs of Indiana and Purdue University, plus "Back Home Again In Indiana" and ties it together in sort of a propped up pep rally where the two schools wind up getting along instead of being rivals. Sounds a bit confusing, but we hope it makes sense when you see it! God Bless

WOW What a competition! I was lucky enough to go with a few other people to watch the finals and i was absolutely blown away by a few groups and especially Franklin Central. So i guess there is kind of a trend on how to comment in here so i'll try my best. Merely my opinion of tonights performances. Take it with a grain of Salt

Franklin Central- What an incredible show! Such adult, Well balanced sound. Your choreography is Crisp, Clean, Energetic and Really seems Effortless. I think a lot of people should be worried and rethink their predictions on what State is going to be like this year. WOW! haha. Literally the only thing (other than the Soundboard exploding during your ballad and losing the mics) that i thought was flawed about your show was during the IU vs Purdue number. There were a few people that just seemed to have issues with the props, which is understandable. Nearly a perfect show, and i'd say you were head and shoulders over the other groups competing.

Center Grove - Really loved the Power your choir exhibited today and the Show Design was fantastic. Your Vocal ability is clearly huge, but there were a few moments when pitches were questionable, and a few moments where i lost the words. You kept a smile on my face the entire show and your costuming as always was impeccable. I can't wait to See what you do through out the rest of the season.

Dekalb - I really liked your show a lot and thought it was a good time. I Kind of expected you to be close or Win Choreography tonight. Such Energy and excitement goes into every thing you do. and it was a pleasure to watch. I Saw a sound guy at the competition looking at the speakers after the mixer blew and they got back up and running. The mics were Really hot and made you sound VERY shouty, Granted, it could have been the mics, because i didn't hear it as much in the ballad. The choreo is Excellent and the Show is fantastic. Good Luck the rest of your season!

Bishop Luers - WOW i was TRULY impressed by your show. I had never seen you before and didn't know what to expect, but your vocals were Very nice, and the Choreography very clean. Altogether a very good show. Though i think a little reserved for my taste... Technically though, Very good!

Hamilton - Took me Back a few decades. I Love "Aquarius" and "Let the Sunshine In" and your energy and excitement just made it more entertaining! Congratulations on surprising us all and bumping a few Very good programs out of finals. No one Expected you and they were wrong to overlook you! Good luck this season!

Cory Rawson - I was really excited to see you in this finals because i knew you were competing as Small Mixed. You guys Really showed everyone that its not the size of the choir, but the hard work, team work, and love of music that Really makes a Fantastic show. Your show kept me entertained the entire time and it was great to see some new groups making it into finals over other groups with maybe a bit bigger reputation. Again, just goes to show how many Quality Programs for show choir we have here in Indiana. Congratulations on your GC and Best band!

Thanks for the props for Cory Rawson. The only thing is that we are from Ohio not Indiana. But that s ok we really enjoyed the competition and the hospitality of Northrup. Some unbeleivable competition.

FC follows up a win at Busco by winning at Northrop. Congrats!

Does anyone know how close it was after daytime for groups such as Ben Davis, Columbia City, Norwell, and Danville, since we know that Carroll was only a point away.

Grand Champion- Franklin Central w/Best Vocals and Best Choreography.

Don't know anything else, as my phone message was filled with 60 screaming teenagers in the background, making the rest of the call indistinguishable!

FC Singers, please know how proud I am of all of you and the immense amount of work you've put into re-establishing yourselves this season. Great field, with some absolutely amazing and talented show choirs, but you did it!!!

Carroll ladies, best show of your year so far. Glad I was able to see it, and happy with the improvements you've al been making. Carroll Minstrel Magic,...SO CLOSE,...ONE POINT!!! AAARRRGGGHHH!!! Please know that Jill and I know how hard you're working and appreciate your getting better and better with each rehearsal.

God Bless, Damon

This was seriously a shock. I expected ben Davis and Danville to make finals hands down.

Now watching these choirs, and then hearing results was unimaginabl.

Wow, a shock to say the least
