Lashone, most of them have judged at the Classique in past years.
The only new ones to my knowldge are:
Susan Nelson - Choral director at Eastside High School, Butler, Ind.
Cindy Shipley-Whitte - Assistent Director and/or choreographer for high school and college show choirs since 1978
Betty Mckee - Director at Northwood Middle school, former director at Wayne and North Side High Schools
Jason Witzigrueter - Director of bands at Northrop
All of them have been adjudicators for show choir competitions in the past with the exception being Mr. Witz., but he is experienced enough with bands to know what hes talking about.
Hope that helps in any confusion.
Tahnks you Joe, I knew most of the expect those two

Ben Davis had a new director last year...it's the same guy again for this year. no director changes
Yeah, its hershal Cramieans (srry for the name spelling not sure on that one) but he is a really good director. He used to be the Huntington Childrens choir director or he worked with them. I'm not quite sure but I know he has worked with many of the Huntington North Varsity Singers. I expect they have a good fight for GC or First runner up!!
Last weekends events could not have gone any better to set up for a great comp. at Northrop this weekend.
Franklin Central- Big win last week at busco... they were down last year but maybe an early season GC will springboard them back to the top.
Dekalb- Im sure they got after it this week after a disappointing 3rd last week at busco... im sure lossing to Northrop will also light a fire in there group. Look for them to bounce back this weekend.
Carroll- Not the type of beginning to the season they were looking for last weekend at findley... still they are young and talented... the only way for them to go is up.
Center Grove- What can i say... its center grove they are amazing everyone knows it... i cant see anyone here challenging them for the top spot.
As for the groups opening their season this weekend...
Norwell- Coming off a huge year look for them to continue to grow... they will win in the small mixed but earning a spot in the finals will be much harder that last year at northrop
Ben Davis- Will a new director coming in they could struggle early... but they have become a solid group and tough competition at any contest
Danville- Havent heard much about them but im sure they will be good based on past years.
GC- Center Grove
1RU- Franklin Central
2RU- Dekalb
3RU- Danville
4RU- Carroll
5RU- Norwell
we're all getting busy to decorate you rooms! hopefull all the rooms will look simply amazzing for you guys! I know my room will! can't wait to experience hosting a group! last year i was on stage crew s a freshman, but this year i get to host. yay! Hey bishop luers, im gonna be one of your hosts! woot! haha
Well I feel dumb thinking homestead was going to be there...oops
Well, without homestead here are my NEW thoughts...again
GC: Center Grove
1ru: Ben Davis/Franklin Central
2RU: Ben Davis/Franklin Central
3RU: Danville/Dekalb
4RU: Danville/Dekalb
5RU: Norwell/Carroll/Cory Rawson/Bishop Luers
Columbia City could be a wild card into that last finals spot if they have improved since last year and have gotten back to the calibur they were about 3-4 years ago.
Now I am confident in THESE predictions...im a dork...I should read closer LOL " border="0" alt="ermm.gif" />

i might be reiterating my thoughts, but here are my predictions
GC: Center Grove
1RU: Franklin Central/Ben Davis
2RU: Franklin Central/Ben Davis
3RU: Dekalb/Homestead
4RU: Dekalb/Homestead
5RU: Danville/Norwell
We all know that Center Grove, Franklin Central, Ben Davis, and Dekalb are shoe ins for finals. Homestead has been pretty awesome, so I am definetely sure they will be there. It's that last spot that's up for grabs. Danville is usually good, Norwell for being small could roll with the big guys, and Carroll could surprise us and sneak in. but i am VERY confident in my predictions
I'm not sure Homestead will be that high up... considering they won't be at the Classique
WOW! too many good groups attending the classique this year! I'm not gonna even try to make predictions! It would be really tough! Good luck to all of the groups coming to Nrothrop this year!
