The son that I was talking about was Greg Jordan, who is the older son.

I think they were talking about his younger son, jeff, who has been at SCA the last few years...

Edited: Posted the same information at exactly the same time

Dwight's son is now attending Creighton University here in Omaha on a soccer scholarship. He enrolled this semester as a freshman (our pianists husband is the coach). But I had too heard this rumor.

Perhaps you're talking about a different son. I'm guessing this is the son they were referring to. Jeff Jordan

Waubonsie Valley is directed by Mark Myers, who has been a clinician at SCA. They are choreographed by Dwight Jordan- who allegedly has a son in the Indian Prairie school district, meaning his son could attend high school at Waubonsie.

I have to say that this was quite possibly the only competition I have ever been to that I enjoyed each and every group. Just absolutely stunning choreography and Some amazing vocals!

Sorry Waubonsie for leaving you out of my predictions earlier but I had never seen you before, but now I have!

Wowza! Met some nice people too! Stay classy hehe

Will post more about my "day" experiences later (tired and have to go to work, sadly couldn't stay for finals)

I had a fun time with you today...in the cafeteria acting a fool! I'm excited to see your comments Joshie!!!

Anyways...
I was dead on with the final results, with the exception of Wheaton and Waubonsie...I just felt Wheaton's vocals and intensity were better, but both groups were phenomenal!!!!!!!! More postings later...too tired to stay up!

Re: TJ last night....

Regarding TJ last night. What I heard from a MTZ parent was that both TJ and Sullivan (JH) pulled out because they didn't have their shows ready. Too bad because they are both basically local. It's nice for their friends, families to see them close to home.

wow - this must have been one heck of a competition cuz i saw twinsburg last weekend and they were pretty good and if they got 6th place this week then everyone else in the finals had to be on top of their game!

Adam couldn't remember what the point total was during the day, but he did offer his final prediction!

Adam's PREDICTION:

5th Runner-Up: Troy Buchanon
4th Runner-Up: Twinsburg
3rd Runner-Up: Sullivan
2nd Runner-Up: Wheaton Warrenville

Best Choreography: Waubonsie Valley
Best Vocals: Waubonsie Valley

If he's wrong, we all get to shun him until the season's over. If he's right, I'll edit this post to make it look like he was wrong, and we'll shun him anyway! " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

I have never heard of Waubonsie Valley. who are they and who choreographs for them?
there are definatley a bunch of awesome things i have been seeing this year already. WW is really good from what I have heard and I think that competitions are going to be very hard this year. This is interesting. Im excited. Congrats to all the groups and good luck in the evening.
What is Crete's show this year?
