On the bus right now, can't wait to compete and see all these groups compete.

May the best choir win, and all have a great time.

Welp... I'm off in a few hours!

I've heard really weird things about this competition...

Gorilla suits and banana farmers...

Gigantic puppet backgrounds...

Jackets that light up...

Oh Onalaska, you never cease to surprise anyone!

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE! I'll see you all there!

I've never been this excited for getting up before 4:00 AM ever in my life

Best of luck to all concert choirs tomorrow, and of course all the groups performing on Saturday!

I'm currently sitting at a local coffee house with a different wireless network than the goofy Luther College network that does not allow me to access SCC.

I am SOO very excited for this competition.

I will be heading up tomorrow afternoon and joining Eisenhower High School for rehearsals and dinner! I can’t wait to get the sneak peak at their show and the chance at working with them. From what I hear, they are going to be bringing their “A” game to the competition.

I’ll be at the high school from start to finish on Saturday. So… make sure to say “Hi” all you shy SCCers! And to all the oldies… I’m sure we’ll be having some lovely conversations and fellowship at one of the most interesting show choir competitions of the year! I can’t wait. (Ana will probably be having anxiety attacks all day, so we’ll need to help her make it through!)

Safe travels to everyone.

Good luck to ALL groups!

AH! I feel like screaming with excitement, and its only Thursday! Imagine how I (and the rest of us) will be tomorrow and Saturday?! YAY! Just looking at the list disturbs the nervous butterflies in my stomach, lol. But it also get the adrenaline pumping. It'll be such a rush to compete here, in this huge gym, with thousands of people, and all these freaking AMAZING groups to watch and cheer for and compete against...it just BLOWS MY MIND! Can't you just FEEL the excitement bubbling from this forum topic?
Woo hoo!

Shut up, you are not coming to Onalaska- that is ridiculously exciting!!! I can't wait to see you!!!

Duh Ana,

If I'm going to be in town when the Onalaska show choir and concert choir competitions are happening...I'm going to be there. ESPECIALLY if Totino is competing. It will be a rockin' time. You, Chris, Adam, and I...holy cow.

It's going to be amazing.

I kind of wish I wasn't competing somewhere else so that I could see this comp... it's like CLASH OF THE TITANS 08.

Thanks Ana! I have seen their parent's group web site, but I didn't see the school address posted anywhere - so thank you so much for that. I've been known to wander aimlessly looking for schools (don't get me started on being lost when I used to sing for educational outreach stuff for Houston Grand Opera... there were some doozie lost tirades!)
