What is their show? And how are they doing with it?

They actually were quite good last year... they had AMAZING vocals (hence why they won Best Vocals) and their choreography was simple but VERY clean. We enjoyed their show very much last year.

Adam, I vote that you be a judge for this competition. That seems fair right? And completely unbiased

Agreed. " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

I know it's soon to start asking but who are the judges?

I'm curious to see all these choirs because I haven't seen any of them this year. I may see a few at Waukee. It is always nice to see different groups!

Good question.

I think last year the only judge that we had heard of was Gary Fiscus formerly of Lewis Central. Otherwise the judging panel is a grab bag of people that most have never heard of.

P.S. There was no scores given to any groups at any time last year. Preliminaries or finals.

Yes. They were the only Papillion at Omaha North last year. They took the vocals award.

He wasn't sure if you were referring to P-LV South or Davenport West, although P-LV South is really the only one that made sense. (sorry Jordan)

I have a friend in Titanium, I'll ask her what their show is tonight if I think about it.

I'm really excited that I'll finally get to perform in Nebraska. Mr. Esser has judged a few Nebraska groups before (or so he's told us) and I've always wanted to see some. This should be such a fun comp. My last one *tear* I'm sure it will be a good way to end my show choir career and season.

Edit: I'm also very excited that my master will be coming to this competition to see me. I'm his mistress so it all works out you know...it should be great times. Gotta love it.

..........if you didn't understand that...you weren't meant to Just a "running joke" as some like to put it ;)

Do you mean Papillion-LaVista South had a good show last year? Their choirs always sing really well and that is what their director focuses on. I'll see them(and GCS) this weekend at Waukee and i'll be able to see if they continue their progress.

Ok so if Papio is going now here are my predictions:

GC: LaCrosse Central
1 RU: Papillion LaVista
2 RU:Davenport West/Papillion LaVista South
3 RU:Davenport West/Papillion LaVista South
4 RU:Ralston
5 RU: Lincoln Pius X

All Captions: GCS, except best female soloist--Girl from Papio in Black Horse and a Cherry Tree

I would probably want to know which prep groups are going before I would make my predictions, but I still am thinking those are pretty accurate.
