It is not the WVMEA State Show Choir Competiton. Cabell Midland hosts its own. All groups from WV are not required to be at States. Capital has not attended for at least the past two years and Winfield was not there last year.

No, this is not the State Competition, that will be held March 10th at Cabell Midland as well, but this is Cabell Midland's own invitational.
