" border="0" alt="huh.gif" /> Wheeling has placed in the finals at the previous competitions they have attended this year. I wouldn't count them out!

Onalaska has a tradition of always performing well, even under new direction I wouldn't count them out either.

Before you negatively comment, I would research what you are talking about!! Both schools could make finals and suprise those who proclaim themselves the know-all of show choir. You should never count anyone out, especially when there are many incredible groups attending!

This looks to be an exciting competition and I wish the best of luck to all schools attending! I am looking forward to a wonderful day of show choir!

I don't mean to be rude, but are you really a director? The website does not say your name anywhere... and usually directors don't post in this kind of manner. I'm just curious. I apologize if you are and I am mistaken; but I and others are curious.

Did I miss the post where someone proclaimed themselves the "know-all of show choir"? All I've seen are opinions and predictions...

I highly doubt it, Troy's groups would not go one after the other.

Taras Nahirniak arranges for Brodhead. Their show starts is Brave New World-Styx, Always on Your Side, Bohemian Rhapsody, Harper Valley PTA, Show Choir Girls (aka Fat Bottomed Girls), Honkey Tonk Badonka donk, and Ends with Who Says You Can't Go Home by Bon Jovi and Sugarland I believe. I'm proud of them all this year, they've been working hard and have been close to finals at numerous places but it just hasn't worked out for them. This should be a fun competition for them!

So people honestly think that wheeling and onalaska have a chance. maybe onalaska because they won grand champion last year in orlando.

Have you seen Brodhead's show this year? They have come close to being in finals a few times but havent made it. The last few years they have had such an awesome show. I was just wondering what this year's is like. I hope to see them this weekend in Chicago.

I have seen the show 4 times. It's a fun show, and I was for sure they would at least make finals at their first competition (Viterbo), but they placed last. I guess I was wrong.

Can someone tell me what Brodhead's opener "Brave New World" is from? I posted this question in this topic since they will be attending.

i think you're underestimating wheeling's will to win. they work their butts off for this, just like everyone else.

good luck to everyone!!
