John Bone you are right. All the MW groups pretty much dominated Elkhorn. But from what I've heard from my friends in WIG this year, it doesn't sound like things are going super great. I hate to knock on my own group or anything, but we'll be pretty lucky to make finals at all. But hopefully they surprise me, cause I get back in town at like 4:30 on Saturday and I want to come watch!

All I know is that Millard West swept up the competition from a Millard west person. I think it is going to be stiff competiton.

All I could coax from a groggy Elkhorn student this morning was that one (which, I have no idea) of Elkhorn's groups was 3rd after prelims and dropped to 4th in finals. She also said Millard West won. Someone correct me if you know any better.

Thanks for putting that up. I am pretty pumped to watch this all play out. A lot of these groups have already have met in these past 2 weeks.
Mitchell and Sioux City East have already faced off once this year at Onalaska.
Lincoln Southwest, Grand Island Northwest, Grand Island Senior High, Lewis Central, Seward, and Papillion La-Vista have already faced off at the Midwest Cup.
And Millard West and Elkhorn battled it out yesterday too in Gretna.
Now on a fresh slate we get to throw these all together, add in a bunch of others, and see how it will play out.
