well I've seen their show. so I have a pretty good idea as to where they will place. Personally, at this competition, I'm more interested in who will win Best Band!!!

Did everyone see where Lincoln Southwest just placed at the UNL Cup??? I'm not thinking they are as strong as last year.
I'm sure though that they are going to work very hard in the upcoming weeks to improve though.
I agree, although I will have to say it was their first competition, and we know performances in January are never even close to ones in February. SW has a GREAT show to work with and it could end up looking REALLY well! Also, 3rd-6th were very close, in my opinion. That being said, they will not be getting GC against that lineup anytime soon.

We are looking forward to this one. It is our next comp. (and less than 4 weeks away ;)) so we definitely are excited. Plus, I'm excited to see CR Jefferson.
I'm excited to see the list of strong competitors is growing again!!! Too bad Wash isn't going or we could have all of the Cedar Rapids schools (meaning groups with CR in front of their name!) It will be interesting to see how the results change from Linn-Mar since 3 of the main groups went there.

I'm excited to see who's coming and what's going on with this competition. It has always been a favorite of mine to go to. The working parents and hosts are phenomenal. They really put on a great competition.
