I am so excited to go to nationals! This will be my first time there. I am very proud to say I will be there cheering on Marysville, OH and Totino Grace, MN.
Basically I'm coming from Hicksville, WI to come see Marysville. You guys better work it.

um...I emailed Oprah...I'm not even kidding. This is the saddest situation I've ever heard. I couldn't even imagine. And it isn't even just their show choir...it's their entire school and city. how devastating...

So i am countin down the days!!! Right now I am down to seven! It's my second year going here and I just cannot get over that hotel, the mall, and the fact that we perform in the Grand Ole Opry where so many phenomenal artists have performed before us! Chills!!!

Attache is joining together with SCN to sell blue (one of Enterprise's school colors) armbands at this competition. However, they will NOT be sold at the performance sites, just at the hotel.
The cost is $5.00 per armband and SCN will be matching at least part of the donation (which is amazing, because this competition isn't just a fundraiser for them- ti's a business!). The goal is to get everyone at this competition wearing a band so that the folks from Enterprise can look around and see all of the support they have from our community. It's a great idea, and Mary and everyone at SCN are wonderful for giving us an opportunity to help Enterprise heal!

I was so pleased to read they are attending (whether they perform or not) also, despite their grief. I kept thinking to myself, after everything I've heard and read about their show choir that, with the passion these three young men felt about show choir, they would want you to go. What a way to honor them.
So mostly everyone in Crete-Monee SC just found out about Enterprise today in class. Our director called for a serious moment and we all sat down and listened intently. He tells us that Attache is selling memorial bands (Like Armstrong and Cancer bands) to raise moeny for Enterprise. We're all buying one and I would encourage you all to do the same!!!
