I can't wait to see Piqua at Fairfield. Even though we aren't competing their, a good portion of our choir is going to watch. I'll be cheering for you guys and Hurricane ;)

Even though there were only six choirs that competed at Portsmouth, it was still a positive experience. After their performance each choir went into a clinic where they were given ideas from the judges on how to make their show better. I wish more competitions would go to this format. There was a huge audience so it was great exposure for each choir, especially since it was some choirs first competition of the season like Hurricane. I have great respect for the director at Portsmouth for not canceling the competition.

Pretty good.. Although I wouldn't say they're a clear cut finalist at this competition...

Bcreek - I believe 3ru?
Portsmouth - 1ru
CFalls - Didnt Make Finals

Speaking of Portsmouth, I was shocked to see that there was only 6 choirs there!! (if that's the right numbmer) It was quite a shock. I'm surprised they still even had their competition.

lol yea that was crazy...ya kinda feel bad for them that they only had that many
