Actually, that should be open information. We all have "associated choir" and if someone is ging to lie about that we have a right know, that way if someone else comes up they can ban him. They do this often. I don't see how he is feeding the flames.

I think Anderson is represented well. I've never seen a problem with them on SCC since I've been here. show choirnerd88, I've seen you stir the pot alot, and if I'm correct your old account was banned, hmm, giving your school a good name, aren't you?

We are all aloud to post what we think, but on the flip side you still have to watch what you say, otherwise its fullblown chaos on SCC. I know I've been the source of problems/not watched what I've said, but really... at least for the season to start before we kill each other.
Old account Banned??? no...... i graduated and changed my affiliation and email adress. I was on here as Showkid88... then the site went down and that name was lost, so i had to get this one.... I don't think they BAN ppl on here do they? hmm.... Also, i wouldn't have commented on Andersons rapport with ppl on here if someone else hadn't mentioned it previously. As for the person who posted two before you I would like to say that you did in a way insult Anderson by saying "Center Grove could bomb come spring, Anderson could have an uncharictaristically Good year, Beech Grove who made finals... (good job guys) Could be on their way to power house status by next week...not extremely likely for any of those things to happen". Not only did you say it would uncharacteric for us to have a good year (because it has happened look two years ago when we were in the top four everywhere we went), but you also said it would be extremely unlikely for us to have a good year. Sorry if I'm the only one that this sounds insulting to. So in a way you kept the argument going. Also, sorry if I misunderstood your post about "parts of their spring show" I thought you were referring to their past spring show not their upcoming spring show. But please by all means jump down my throat again for a misunderstanding.
i guess i can understand how that wording would be misunderstood... I just think it's ridiculous to call someone out Publicly for speaking their mind... 2 years ago i loved Anderson... the Rent closer, was just plain Hawt.... Loved it... BUT i think you guys get jipped... and thats what i meant by good year... i feel like you guys are really going to have to Shock and Awe everyone before you get your Due.... I personally thought that 2 years ago at state you deserved better than ... was it 4th or 5th? ANYWAY I Really would recommend though Tyler, that you talk to your choir mates and get them to change their image on here... You never know what groups are gonna come out with and I personally don't think it's very fair for you to say that anybody having a good year is unlikely. This site is supposed to be to talk about something we all love and it's turned into nothing more than bad mouthing eachother's groups. Also, just because some choirs only do part of their spring show or a different fall show it's not fair to assume that all the choirs do this. Our choir for instance performed their entire competition show except for two numbers. Southmont is just as hard a competition as any other. Because as anyone saw that was there many groups are already very well on their way.

No one knows at this point.... and Southmont is hardly an indication of how things will be in February/march/april..... Stop being a jerk. So yesterday's competition was amazing. A great way for Anderson to start out the year. Awesome job to everyone who participated yesterday. I would not have wanted to be a judge there yesterday. The top three spots were very close in points, both in Prelims and in Finals. I would like to know what more people thought of Anderson's show. Thanks.

Correction, CG sound system in prelims was up by 18 pts. in the finals they were up by 70 pts.
I was told by a Center Grove alum. that their show will be completely different by the time the 2007 season comes around.
As for the others, I'm not sure. But if I remember correctly, were parts of Dekalb's show the same as the past year's? Or one of their past shows? Hmm, I don't know.
I just assume they will be completely different by the regular season.
