Ok scratch that! lol i'm sorry i'm a dumb ___(fill in the blank). It was Anderson Highschool. I misslead big al by saying it was highland. But in return i was misslead bc someone told me the other day it was highland. I appologize to neone who was offended bc god knows some ppl would've! Yeah it would've been pretty hard to believe that we would've beaten highland! They rock!
Now that i think of it i'm not even sure. And i'm the one who told big al that. If you could find our for me whether it was anderson highland or anderson highschool that went to watseka last year please say so. I'm sorry if i was wrong!

In 2003 these were our results for the most part. Pekin: Finalists (3rd runner-up)The Big Dance at Davenport: 3A Division Champions (4th consecutive year) Watseka: 5th Runner-Up in finals, Comet Showcase at Clifton: Grand Champion, Best Choral Sound, Best Choreography, Best Combo, "Superior" Rating. In 2002 our results were… The Big Dance (Davenport): 1st in Class AAA, Watseka: 2nd Runner-Up in Finals, Herscher: 3rd place overall, and Best Combo. These were out results In 2001. Mt. Zion: 1st Place in Class "A", Danville: 10th Place Overall, Sullivan: 1st Place in Small School, 10th Place Overall, The Big Dance (Davenport): 1st in Class AAA, 5th Runner-Up in Finals, Watseka: 5th Runner-Up in Finals, Herscher: Best Combo, 3rd place overall. Now (i don't think) we havn't competed against any of these groups b4 so i have no clue what were going up agianst. i always hear lots of good things about Ft. Atkinson and Hastings though! I think this will be a really fun compitition, i can't wait! I'd also like to add that we were probably having a very very very good day at pekin, lol. I know we were soo excited and then mt. zion kicked it up of course and showed us up big time, lol!
Yeah Al is right... you definitely gotta watch out for Manteno. They are tough. Nate man... you picked p-view to beat y'all- come on man where's the confidence hahaha. Also I have seen Fort's show for this year and i won't give it away but its wicked cool.
If you've seen Manteno yourself then disregard this. However at Pekin last year they finished only one spot behind Mt. Zion. So either there were a million points separating Manteno from Mt. Zion, or you're underrating them. They made finals at most of the other competitions they went to, also, from what I could see at SCO. The Clinton Attache website calls them "one of the best show choirs in Illinois" for whatever that's worth.
