Oh ok!! Well I talked to some Edgewood parents last weekend at "Contest of Champions" and they said you guys were going, it just didn't really register with me LOL!

Haha, I was just joking around. Most people dont think we are coming to Ben Davis because I was dumb and assumed Verda (our director) was serious about pulling out and going to DeKalb.

wow. there are so many choirs going. and good choirs very good choirs. all I'm going to say is that this competition is going to be a

blood bath

as for predictions...I don't have any
whatever happens;; happens
and if we do happen to not get GC... we know we lost to a quality choir

good luck to all!
can't wait to compete.

Our director changed her mind like 4 times in 2 or 3 days on whether we were going to DeKalb or Ben Davis...Sorry for the confusion

Here's some blind predictions for BD! Still haven't decided whether or not I'm gonna go to watch finals on sat. Anyway

GC-Huntington North "Varsity Singers"
1RU-Warren Central "Connection"
2RU-Anderson "Singers Unlimited"
3RU-Lawrence North "New Dimension
4RU-Brownsburg "Spotlight Singers and Co."

Best Vocals-Huntington North
Best Choreography-Huntington North
Best Band-Huntington North

I normally don't like to predict sweeps but in this case I think it fits. HN is the most balanced of any group competing at BD and they usually always look VERY prepared and clean. I think Anderson has ALOT of momentum right now so they could very well end up in 1RU. Warren Central had a great result beating Mt. Zion last weekend and I know they sing so well! Good luck to everybody, I may be watching on Sat.

Don't underestimate us smaller groups. We're good, too!

aaaamen. Speaking of which. anyone have any predictions about the festival mixed competition? I hear Whiteland is a powerhouse and if memory serves me New Castle is pretty good too. And I know we'll be bringing it as well! predictions anyone?

Concert Choir
GC: Huntington North Concert Choir
1st RU: Brownsburg Madrigals
2nd RU: Heritage Christian Concert choir
HN will definetly win and Brownsburg will definetly be a finalist. LN or Heritage Christian is the question.

Umm this one i dont really know because i have never seen Edgewood's girls

Mixed Show choir:
GC: Huntington North Varsity Singers
1st RU: Anderson
2nd RU: Brownsburg Spotlight Singers and Co.
3rd RU: Warren Central Connection
4th RU: Lawrence North New Dimension
Best Vocals: Huntington North Best choreo: Brownsburg

I just know HN will win this competion. However, i dont know who will be better (Bburg vs Anderson) and (WC vs. LN)

I disagree with your predictions for concert choir. Brownsburg has come across some absolutley ASTOUNDING music this year for concert choir, and I have no doubts that they will continue to GC every concert choir compeition they attend, as usual =)
