Ignorance is fine! Especially since there are no official rules and most competitions set their own standards. Some are by choir size, some by school size. WV's State Competition is governed by the Music Educators Association in the state and directors may choose the division in which they compete for states. It tends to be larger/smaller, however, this year Poca Visual Volume competed in the Championship division with only 25 singer/dancers after winning the Festival division the past three years
