I have a strong feeling it will be very close call between Spectrum and EOS

I watched both of their shows on YouTube and I going to have to disagree. I think that Eos will sweep Spectum. That being said, it is early in the season and both shows are great. And Spectrum's story/theme is easier to understand than Eos' is. I just think Eos is a step above spectrum this year, which is huge considering they have only been around for 1 year prior to this year.

I agree, I think that this will be a close call between Eos, Spectrum, and Studio. It’s interesting because they all have very different styles. Eos has a very Avant-Garde show, Urbandale’s show is very funny while Ankeny has more of a storyline. Iowa is so talented and competitive I don’t think it’s possible to predict a winner, but I would guess that Eos will take BV and Studio will take BC.

I’ll drop a prediction here. I think this one is going to be close, Eos took best Vocals off of Linn-Mar and Ankeny Centennial won without the Visual caption this past weekend. Studio was second in the prelims in Waukee to Valley. Clearly Iowa is very competitive this year. With that in mind I’ll predict something weird.

GC: Ankeny Centennial Spectrum (Best Visuals)
1RU: Waukee NW Eos (Best Vocals)
2RU: CR Kennedy Happiness Inc
3RU: Urbandale Studio (Best Band)
4RU: Ankeny Centennial Eternal Rush
5RU: Norwalk Sound Revolution

I think Ankeny Cent Eternal Rush, Norwalk, or Waukee NW Aurora will nab the last 2 finals spots. Think it’s interesting that the conversation around this comp hasn’t included CR Kennedy as well - they placed very well at a stacked Ankeny Centennial competition. Unbelievably excited for this one this weekend and I think any of the top 4 I predicted here could win the competition.

So far it's looking like:
Ankeny Centennial
CR Kennedy
Norwalk
Urbandale
Waukee Northwest
Anybody else?
