I really can't wait!

84 days and counting!!!

Are you guys going to have those sweet lanyards again? I still use it for my keys, but I might want to replace it.

I'm so excited.

Chelsea, what are the odds of you getting a list of the judges for Linn-Mar? And posting it? They must be pretty good odds, right????

I think that Linn-Mar is the new Onalaska. That's what I think.

Ana we're actually in the middle of a four day weekend, but I'll for sure ask my Director at school on Tuesday.

Exactly. Now, I hope when it gets more towards January, instead of starting a NEW Linn-Mar topic, people just post in this one.

Except we know that won't happen.

I can see we are already having double boards.

most topics do die around this time of the year. there are only so many times and topics where everyone can say "i cant say what our show is and where we are going. its a surprise"

wow another bloodbath competition. regional comps just seem to be getting more top notch competitors every year it seems....or maybe its just me.

I agree... especially certain Iowa and Illinois competitions.

oh lord.... the line

i remember in 04 i wanted to see Kennedy. And there was NOOOO way I would get in by the regular line.... so i definitely put on my friends Chanteurs jacket and pretended I was from Kennedy to go into the "express line". Do they still have that line??? If so, do what I did. It totally worked!

i am the WORST at predictions. however, I think it is pretty safe to use last years results to predict the coming season. i think this way because the work ethic of the group/director and the level of preparation is usually the same every year from a group. i.e. Urbandale is always extremely prepared for Linn-Mar and that is why they have won every year. I think it is safe to say groups like Ankeny, Totino, Kennedy, etc will also be prepared based on their performances and placements at Linn-Mar over the years. idk if that makes sense or not... im sorta tired!

makes sense to me... but, there are other groups on the rise... I can't wait!!!

shhh " border="0" alt="innocent.gif" /> I'm not posting anything horrible. I miss you too... Are you gonna come and watch us somewhere? I wouldn't want you to have to drive up to Linn-Mar and wait for 3 hours to get into the aud.

I love this comp though. When you're standing in line, you get to know 5,000,000 people because everyone can over hear your conversations " border="0" alt="blink.gif" /> and they're like "Oh yeah! I like that too" or "Where are you from?! ". It's a great time.
